The ground floor of Les Sapins is a newly renovated spacious apartment for up to 8 people, 4 bedrooms and a choice of bed configurations. Perfect for a large family or a group of friends. The apartment is ideally located equal walking distance between the ski resort of Morzine and the neigbouring village of Montriond. It is several minutes walk from the footbridge next to the Super Morzine ski lift, the main town centre is 12 minutes, Montriond is 10 minutes, and 10 minutes by car to the car park at the Ardent ski lift to reach the pretty "Goats Village" at Les Lindarets, and the main ski resort of Avoriaz. 

BED CONFIGURATION OPTIONS: The master bedroom can be configured into a super king or twin bedroom and has an en suite bathroom (shower and WC). The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms can also be super king or twin beds, whilst the bunk bedroom has two adult size (2m long) bunk beds. There is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over, as well as a third modern shower room with toilet. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price for the number of people booked. 

The apartment has parking outside for one or two cars and a separate garage for storage of skis, boards and bicycles or parking for a small car in summer (only). Guests can also use the electric (EU version) car charging port on request. The entrance hall is equipped with boot warmers and storage space. It has a large living room with a cozy log burner and comfortable seating, a large flat screen TV for easy access to Netflix, Prime Video, and UK Freesat and free-to-air French TV.  Les Sapins has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for 8 people. In addition, there is a generous private south-facing garden with outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue for the warmer months. 

The nearest free ski shuttle bus stop is a 3-minute walk away and this connects to the ski lifts in Morzine, Prodains, Ardent and other parts of the valley. There are many fantastic skiing options nearby with a multitude of ski lifts and ski slopes allowing you to fully enjoy the Alp's largest connected ski area, the Porte du Soleil. Morzine has excellent local restaurants, bars and shops while retaining its traditional mountain resort feel. There is also a large local swimming pool, spa and sports facilities (with local ice hockey) and many other wonderful attractions nearby, such as Lac de Montriond and the village of Avoriaz. Morzine is also a centre of excellence for mountain biking and has superb courses and rental equipment for all levels of bikers. The nearest mini market is a 10 minute walk from the apartment in the village of Montriond and there is a large Carrefour supermarket in Morzine town centre.
